I’m the former Deputy Editor of Natural Health & Wellbeing magazine, feature writer, and a commissioned writer across numerous titles such as Good Health Magazine (formerly Good Medicine & Health), The Telegraph’s Body & Soul, Mind Body Spirit, and Wellbeing Australia. I’m also a former Editor across numerous industry, membership, and corporate publications in the UK and Australia.
The most recent book published was, ‘Searching Spirit’ a Memoir by International Psychic Medium & Spiritual Teacher, Peter Williams. The Memoir weaves my interviews with Williams around his life, combined with testimonials from his clients, and melds them together in a ‘slice of life’ narrative about how he became an internationally acclaimed psychic medium.

I have been a Reiki practitioner following the USUI Lineage since the late 90s. In the UK I was an Accredited member of the Reiki Federation. In Australia, I am an Accredited Reiki Practitioner + Fully Insured + First Aid & CPR.
I am, however, in the process of transitioning membership to the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) which provides Worldwide Accreditation across all my ‘recognised’ qualifications (rather than a Queensland-centric/Reiki-specific body).

Death and loss are a part of all our ‘lives’ and our experiences vary significantly. Following the loss of a good friend and then almost immediately afterward, my daughter’s fiance, I embarked on a deeper journey of death, loss, grief, and bereavement. It was while on this journey, supporting my daughter, I came to the realization I had not taken time to mourn the loss of my own mother from many years before. Through the many faces of loss – particularly in 2022, I came to view the transition from the physical body back ‘home’ as a deeply sacred time. This course allows me to help support you on your journey through grief should it come up during one of our sessions.
