Angel Whispers

“I have been dreaming of writing and publishing a book for over ten years. After the passing of my father, I struggled to complete my first book. A memoir. Two years ago, I was guided to start my second book instead, incorporating my channelled messages from my Guides and Angels that I had collected over the years. After many drafts and self-editing, as the book had taken on a life of its own, I was ready to find an editor.

I was immediately drawn to contact Evie who I met when I attended a writing course she was running. I gained so much valuable information in that one session and Evie happily answered my questions and provided helpful feedback on our homework.

I was drawn to her beautiful presence, the wisdom she shared, and her passion for writing and teaching.

Within a few hours of submitting my final draft, Evie contacted me to organize a Zoom meeting. During this meeting, Evie gently let me know I had to pull the book apart and she came up with a plan for this new format. A few months later I submitted my new book for editing.

As Evie was working on this version, she suggested there were a few more approaches we could take and so she developed some further concepts for me to think about. By the end of the conceptual development stage, we had a few more “possible” projects which was an exciting place to be. It showed me that what I thought was my final draft could be explored further and taken to another level.

The journey to get my book to where it is today has been made so much easier with Evie’s expertise, dedication, and professionalism. Evie not only guided me every step of the way but also took the time to mentor me into becoming a better writer. She took the project on like it was her book, placing a lot of love, thought, dedication, and commitment into making it a beautiful little book.

Evie always checked in to see if I was happy with every choice we made, working with me every step of the way as well as making sure she kept my voice throughout.

Evie committed so much of her time to getting this book published for me. She was not only my editor, but she also formatted and designed it. She was the vision behind this book. I cannot thank Evie enough, for working day and night to get it out there. She kept me informed at every stage, providing costs upfront and was quick to reply to my questions thoroughly. Evie also put up with my lack of knowledge of technology, which was a challenge but she didn’t hesitate to help me.

Evie not only brought my dream to fruition, she made it even more beautiful than I ever imagined. Trust is so important when it comes to your book, as you feel like it’s your baby that you are handing over.
